May 16th: The Scottish Patient Radio Show #1

The Scottish Patient was launched last night as an online radio show and the first programme was broadcast on Radio Free Scotland live from the Scottish capital. And very enjoyable it was too.

The show featured such Scottish artistes as Adventures in Stereo, Malcolm Middleton, Paul Haig, Mogwai, Jock Scott, Half Cousin, Astronot, Aidan Moffat & Ian Rankin, King Creosote, ballboy, Teenage Fanclub & Jad Fair, Norman MacCaig, The Proclaimers, and Sons & Daughters. Spearmint and Breton poet Youeen Gwernig were this week's honorary Scots.

That was an excellent show!!!
The Proclaimers had me dancing after midnight. I only wish I were able to see them in San Fran. Unfortunately I had to watch it through your link. Do you air throughout the states, (Particularly New Jersey)?

By the way, I never heard scottish poetry before. And as a poet, I truely think um... "Jock Scott"? - did famously.
